What are the best time of day to go fishing in northeast ohio?

In the spring anytime is good .

alright i do alot of fishing i fish almost every day in the summer and every other day in winter. theres nothing better than fishing. fish are most active during the early morning and later in the afternoon basically dusk and dawn but if you fish all day you will catch fish but you will notice more activity in morning and at night.

I don't know much about time of day, but barometric pressure does have an effect. Before it rains, fish are in a feeding mood. During rain, they really are in a feeding mood. Right after rain is the worst time. I like to go right before it rains, but pack a raincoat. I always have a plastin poncho in my vest pocket. If it's close to raining, I also gring a yellow rain jacket. I usually end up fishing into the rain. If you go when it's already raining, make sure the water is not murky yet.
