How can I add an attachment to a message?

The add an "attachment" icon is no where to be found when I compose a message. I can not attach files or pics.?

There is NO possible way for me to add an attachment to my emails. I have tried everything and there is no icon anywhere. There is also no way to contact anyone from yahoo to ask ...show more

I know this might be a little late, but try going to tools / compatibility view settings and clicking on the box that says "Use Microsoft compatibility lists" That worked for me
