    You can major in anything, just as long as you take all the required pre-reqs needed to apply to PA programs. Your best best would be something like: Biology (or any of the sciences) Psychology Health Science These majors are beneficial to take because you will be required to take a good deal of the pre-reqs in such programs. I would pick the one that you enjoy the most and/or strongest in. That way you can keep your GPA up high. Most PA programs also require a certain number of volunteer hours, too. Make sure you know what the admission requirements are of the program/s you plan to apply to a T.
