well, you can't use any MSN products without at least downloading a privacy policy. (i work on the MSN team in the Dublin HQ) would you be able to do that?? but, you could go to this site and use the video chat function. http://www.stickam.com/liveStreams.do

I'm not sure about the video call but I do know that you can use something called MSN Webmessenger and you don't have to download any software, and it works almost as well as the downloaded site as the "real" MSN Messenger. Good luck, J.
