How do I change the contact name in MSN?

My msn name won't change?

I have changed my msn name a fair few times and the change shows up in my conversations but not my contact list, and I've already repaired msn three times. Any more suggestions? ...show more
Answer:

try right click > edit nickname backspace the whole of your msn name and press the return (enter) key [DONT TYPE ANYTHING IN] your new name should now come up :)
