  Legal address is where you are residing now. You will pay income tax on what you make and you can do this under your SSN. You may need to check with the local city government to see if you need a business license. Some states require you to have one even if you are a sole proprietor and I do not know if they have an age limit. Also in some states you do not have to get the license until you make a certain amount usually around $3,000 to $4,000. You should be able to start it, I don't believe there are any child labor laws regarding you doing an online business. I've heard of people younger than you doing an online business with no ramifications.
