  One of the things you need to do is to use good names..and, as you may know they are hard to find...most lists are duplicated, contain names of people who have moved or died. I mail out more then 20,000 pieces per month, so you can be assured I know this. The best source of names I have found is www.primechoicelists.com Dept 5491 . These are quality, responsive names at a very reasonable price. And, as I say I buy at minimum of 20,000 of them per month. Again, that is www.primechoicelists.com Dept Code 5491 if you order..
