    neoprene waders get hot hot hot. and full of sweat. l thought mine sprung a leak. seriously. l poured more than a cup of water from them. get some good breathable waders. they'll be in the same price range as neoprene ones. as previously said, lighter and will take up less space. also, easily repaired. more so than neoprene. especially seams. heck, you can do a temporary patch with duct tape.

hey there for one thing of you getting your husband a set of waders for his b-day----you rock----my wife gets me all kinds of fishing stuff for all kinds of occasions and i just love it. ok back to your question and i am sorry that i rambled on but yes those waders will be a good set for him. you can pretty much bank on anything that is made by Shimano will be top of the line high quality gear. i hope this helps you out. tell your husband happy birthday for me and if yall are ever here around the southeast ga area look me up and we can wet our lines together.
