What can I use to fix this speaker?

    There are speaker repair kit to patch up your speaker. If you are handy with your hands this would be the less expensive way. You can also call or email the manufacturer and see what a replacement speaker would cost you. Buying a speaker of the same size is also an option, but might not match the other speaker or the system. Hope this will help you out.

You can get a replacemet driver or a reconing kit and recone the speaker... parts express has kits like that, they will also do it for you; for a price....if you replace the drivers you need to do it to all speakers of that size; unless it is the exact same driver, as it will change the sound; you want to get a driver that has the same sensitivity and ohms rating and similar frequency responce along with size...
