PHP is a scripting language used on web servers. It does not run on the PC, but on the server. Unless you install a web server on your PC you can't run it.

This canot be a movie. This is a script file . You may saved this file but not the cartoon. Anyway to run a PHP file, you need a web server software installed on your computer. That is little complecated. Apache tomcat software is one example.
