How To Bypass Download Limit?

My download speed limit is following the rule of company but torrent download speed is crossing the limit, how its possible?

It is possible the company has mis-configured their routers/firewalls, and there is a flaw in their logic when dealing with multiple connections (as in torrents). Don't complain about it then, and don't tell too many people on the same service. If the ISP ever notices their error due to a lot of people torrenting, they may fix the problem... I suspect they had wanted some rule like 1/2 the bandwidth when torrenting, but set 2x the speed by mistake....
