How can I make my heels comfier?

How difficult is it to make custom fit heels? Will that make a difference?

• Even with the same shoe size, everyone's feet are shaped differently.  Lot of people have one part of their feet too narrow/wide so they can't wear certain types of shoes. For most people, the left and right foot aren't exactly the same either. Custom shoes seem to be the logical and ideal answer to these problems. But I noticed that custom fit men dress shoes are way more common than heels. Can someone tell me why because I personally think custom fit heels will make a big impact on our lives! Is it because technical difficulties or people just don't consider it to be a big problem?

  There are two companies I know of that make custom shoes. They are not fully custom, though. They come in widths, and you can design the shoes yourself.
