My wife is graduating from our local college's nursing program soon. It's a two year program, and when she passes her boards she'll be an RN. It's the only degree needed to get a nursing job. But, she's going to go back and get her bachelor's degree right away. I guess it doesn't necessarily bring you more money, but it opens up more doors, like if you some day want to go for a nurse management position.
