Is it possible to delete+block a person off MSN, then add them again?

On the latest version of MSN messenge; If I block and delete a person, and then add him again, would I be able to add and allow him again? And would he know that I blocked and deleted ...show more

I believe it would ask them again. Just make up some story that you accidentally removed them.

It is possible. You just add him again, and then unblock the person.And no, he doesn't get asked for permission.

Yes, he would be able to see you're on, and you could talk to him. if you delete him, and block him. When you re add him, if there's a block symbol on your add request, remove it. If there's not, once he accepts you can both talk freely again
