How do i recover my msn password account?

I forgot my msn password and I can not go into my account.I follow the steps ths msn tells me, but still, after I write teh control code....the new password does not appear as it ...show more

Click forgot your password when trying to log in MSN and they'll send you a mail to your alternate email address, then you can just follow the steps and have your account back.

the only way that is left is that u need to contact microsoft for that. there is no other way, if u dont want to contact microsoft what u can do is create a new account, but usually contacting microsoft would help, they would just ask u for some personal information to verify the authenticity.
