• Answer:

  The Infinity system is a much better choice of the two. HK used to be on top of thier segment in terms of quality, but they have taken the low road the last couple of decades, diving into the mass market segment and lost their edge. Infinity did the same thing, but they have been working their way back in the right direction. However, if you have the room (i.e. for floor standing front speakers and/or a larger subwoofer), I would recommend one of these systems instead, which will send you to the next level of home theater performance for about the same price as the ones you're considering.
