I have a Sony Blueray player and all my Blueray disks play fine except the new one which is Hancock.?

I am finding that some blu ray players that was developed AFTER some of the blu ray disc are not working. We just had the same problem with "Horton Hears A Who", it doesnt play past the menu, but the others play just fine.

There could have been an error when the disk was created or recorded. I have got a movie a few days ago and there was no disks in it at all. Take it back and have it exchanged.
