What are you breastroke times?

Dropping time in breastroke...help, and r these OKAY times?

    to get faster: u might be trying to hard..take long strokes squeeze ur elbows toegther, and get a good pullout and kick times: mindu im a 12 yr old girl and my times are 50 fr-27 100 fr-57 50 br-34 100 br-1:13 50 fly-30 50 bk-32 and im a long distance swimmer! they are okay, forsure..not great, sorry. i think for the average senior guy you are probably ok though. Remember: Dont try too hard Get a good pullout Get off the blocks quickly Have quick low turns Get your elbows together Dont let your elbows get further back than your body Kick well, big and hard-not too quickly when you extend your hands get them just about touching Good Luck! well for one thing there is no such thing as a quick fix in swimming. You are probally adding time because your body is tired at this point in the season. something that might help though is if you talk to your coach about shaving and tapering.
