You still write out secretary as your job title, since in effect you were hired and worked as a secretary. But under the job description in the resume, you list the duties you performed in this position, such as doing the accounting, procurement and outside missions and other services you performed. A good employer would pick up that even though your title is secretary that you are multitasking and can do more things than a typical secretary would do in that position. good luck
