Whats the difference in health care technician and medical assistant? is it much like a CNA?
-
is there any online programs for these?
-
Answer:
I believe the first two are pretty much the same. The CNA includes mainly patient care as in a hospital or long term care facility, while the others may also include some lab testing, injections, and a few medical procedures you wouldn't ordinarily perform as a CNA. I doubt that employers would be very interested in someone who trained on line, since most of these duties require practice with a real person.
