It does not exist!There is a psp camera add-on,but it not released in the us yet wikipedia says the psp IS coming to the US,but no release date is set.

You could just get a Go!Cam for your PSP when they are released (if not already), Otherwise it is impossible to retro-fit a PSP with a camera as firstly it doesnt have the design to just mount one on the PCB and secondly it doesnt have the firmware/drivers to do anything with it
