Hi I made a new email (MSN) and I was wondering is there a fast way to transfer my contacts on my old email to my new email??

usually when u open a new email account, it asks u for an alternate email in case u forgot ur password and stuff..anywhoo, when i opened my second account, i put in my alternate email, and u have to confirm via ur first email account. afterwards it offers u the option of transfering ur contacts..
