Why wont MSN bots work for me?

recently i have been looking for MSN bots like smarterchild and that, my problem is they wont work when i add them...i have the new windows live, if that helps, please help, guyss!

You should check more info and then it will tell you an error code. once you get the error code google it up and look for a website called http://www.msgshit.com or something like that, its a really good source for msn problems or errors
