You can close your account by going to your options menu from your hotmail in-box. Click "view and edit your personal information", and press "close account" at the bottom. But you could just download a anti-virus and scan your computer. And make sure you don't download anything suspicious. Because the only way to get viruses is to download things and going to advertising websites.
