My msn messenger isnt working i tried troubleshooting and it still wont log-in?

Answer:

Their could be lots of reasons why it is not allowing you to sign-in. Poor connection ( slow speed ) If you recently deleted -Cookies etc But i recommend you also use another Chat&Talk software like skype or Yahoo, easy to download. Just incase more problems etc.

Delete MSN and start again or try a different integrated messenging system. Trillian is said to be good. If Trillian works you will know the fault lays with MSN.

try signing in using windows messenger, if that works, then uninstall msn messenger and reinstall it.
