Watch how to videos on youtube and try to learn all the tricks stationary and once you got that down, do it moving. I've been skating 7 months and I watch videos. I can land a heelflip, fakie junk, and lots of other stuff.

the same way you get better at anything else....practice....a lot, everyday. find some kids that skate better than you to help you/watch you and show you how to improve.
