    People seem to think that there's something wrong with me being asexual, like I'm "broken" or "mentally ill" or something. I read an article that said something along the lines of "some people are naturally more sexual than others." It's just life, you know. Because sex has infiltrated movies, music, and TV, people think it's the norm to be promiscuous. People don't seem to mind "slut shaming," either, yet these same people also criticise virgins... This world is full of contradictory hypocrites.

If you look at YAHOO and other internet sites, no where will you find a celebration of promiscuity..sex sells in this society so, of course, you are going to have certain segments try to cosign this as a valid way of life.. but if that were really true then XX rates stars would be making the transition to legitimate movies which is what they truly desire..no one wants a partner, male or female, who has had numerous partners..it reeks of indecision and impulsivity..again, this is also should be applied to males.
