These are just diploma mills. Does your current employer have an educational benefit? This was how I got my bachelor's degree - my employer paid my tuition and I just paid for books and some fees. It was still a stretch and took several years, but it was much better than paying tuition. Find an evening/weekend program that will take many of your credits and let you finish a degree with just the minimum residency requirement. You'll need a real degree to get into a graduate program.
