How can I change from mail classic to the new mail?

  That option has been removed... Many things have changed lately on how to delete multiple emails at one time. I believe this is the latest. See below for details. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++... In addition, some of the old ways have changed somewhat. The NEW FORMAT does not have the option anymore to place ALL of your emails on one page for deletion.... CLASSIC FORMAT On your email page click on options (top right) then MAIL OPTIONS.. GENERAL will be displayed if you now have the new format.. Now, go down to *Folders/Search Results* and change the number in the box to 200(If not already showing)--by clicking on the down arrow on the right side of the box to bring up the 200 option to set the number. Then go to the top of the page and click on SAVE CHANGES. Note: the max used to be 500. I was advised that some of you still have the 500 AND the In Scrolling List option still works. Lucky you. If it does place a dot in the circle left of "Show all messages in a scrolling list (with Preview Pane option) " before clicking on SAVE CHANGES...It is not too stable as all of the emails will be on one page and sometimes not. NEW FORMAT Hover your pointer over the GEAR (upper right)...click on MAIL OPTIONS....then do as instructed above. Click on SAVE. In the NEW format once you have finished you can go to your inbox and click on the box just to the left of SORT BY DATE located on the left side above your emails. This will check ALL of your emails. Click on DELETE...if you want to save any of them you will have to scroll down thru the list and remove the check mark prior to deleting them. In the CLASSIC FORMAT click on the box to the left of FROM at the top of the emails. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++... If you want to delete only emails from a particular sender....do this Enter the senders name in your SEARCH MAIL box on your email page...This will bring up all the messages from this person. Place a check mark in the box just to the left of FROM at the top of the page(Classic format), which will place a check mark in all the boxes to the left of each email. You will then notice the location of each of those messages on the far right side (Classic format) The location in the NEW format is in the bottom line of the of the email.. Click on DELETE at the top...The location will change to TRASH....go to you trash folder and empty it...They will be gone... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++...
