Can't receive or send Yahoo mail in Windows Live?

About 3/4 of the time, now, I get an error message every time I try to send or receive my Yahoo Mail in Windows Live. I have checked the servers, etc. and they are fine.

I have been having this same problem for a month!. Whatever Yahoo is 'not' updating give us an option to return to what we had before this traffic jam. I have a job that depends a lot on me being able to send/receive emails. I have 1700+ emails in my inbox!!!!
