    The hospital service is called th NHS which is free to citizens. Non citizens will recieve treatment and be expected to cover the costs at a later date. Your insurance will do this for you (normally providing it is not a chronic condition you already had) and may even set you up with a private medical firm here in the UK. Private hospitals are, as you would imagine, far better than NHS. As for schooling it depends on where you visit. If you move to an area where the demand for school places is high then maybe not. Or at least it might take you the length of time your here to actually find a place. School summer terms are from the end of July to the begining of Sept, give or take a week depending on location. The children may need their own visa although im not to sure of this. Hope that helps

I am not sure when you are arriving in the UK but summer holidays are from mid July until the beginning of September. If you are planning to travel around you may be better thinking of home educating for the 6 months you are here. Home education is thriving in England and you will find many groups who will welcome you to join them for the time you are in their area. I don't see why not as other nationality's who have no English do,like people on temporary visas..Just register them in a school near the place you are living.any state school will do if they have room,UK
