    Well well its your interview always remember your cloths shoes and look should be impressive, as its restaurant white button down shirt with black straight pant, black vest don't wear any jewelry or watch because its doesn't look good on restaurant waiter job. one more thing shoes should be polish because smart people judge peoples from there shoes.

Always black slacks, white crisp dress shirt (if you have visible tattoos wear a long sleeve) yes to the tie! Tucked in shirt! Try to look at their uniform, if it is upscale chances are you need to dress upscale. If not so upscale comfy casual should be ok. Never wear jeans to any interview.
