Nursing degrees...associate RN vs. BSN Bachelors RN?

They differ in schooling time of course, you go to nursing school for two extra years when you do the bachelors. They pay the same when it comes to working, but you might be able to obtain a better position with the BSN, for example you might be able to be a supervisor somewhere or some employers might hire you before since you are more prepared as a nurse. If you want to pursue a masters in nursing in something like anesthesiology you have to have a bachelors in nursing and usually work as a BSN graduate RN for at least two years.
