Don't give up. I understand your pain i started my first CNA job 4 months ago and it was hard getting adjusted to it but its a routine and if you learn it you will succeed. If u have to move a patient up in bed then lower the head and have the patient bend his or her knees and use a drag sheet underneath them and pull them up. And to transport a patient u always need help and sometimes a slider.
