Does action replay for the ds actually work?

I cant get action replay ds to work? please answer ASAP?

  it's some times hard to find cheats that work for that because ppl put fake ones up to wast your time so ill tell you how to work it FIRST make Sher you have the game ID in before you start the game the game ID is used to root the cheat with the right game almost like a password next is to put your cheat in make Sher to put it in the way it's the book or screen depending what your using and if that don't work then the cheat is most likely a fake.
