Can I downgrading a psp slim and lite without a Pandora/TOOL battery?

go to PSPslimhacks.com and download there magic memory stick creator. you will need to have windows XP...once you make the magic memory stick you put the memory stick into the PSP first then you put the Pandora battery into the PSP...this boots the PSP into service mode and reads off of the memory stick...then follow the instructions on the screen to get custom firmware. also youtube has some good videos of how to create magic memory sticks. good luck
