Ok, so I downloaded the new version of msn and then all of a sudden my msn ( / hotmail ) file disappeared and my msn wouldn't work anymore! I've looked for it and my computer ...show more

Answer:
first try www.msn.com and at the top click "my messenger". if that doesn't work try restarting your computer. it happened to me before when i downloaded the new version of messenger so i just restarted.. hope i helped.! kris*****
