nope - you can email them...they just can't email you. you will not receive a message...but when they attempt to email you ---they will receive a message stating that "they are blocked by u" but here's the catch..if you are harrassing them, they can always get a legal access to your email account(s) and internet history through your local isp..so be careful when you are emailing people and not allowing them to access you. good luck

No when you block any email you just hide from this id he can't see u online but the email will work normal you can send and receive without any problem and no body will know that you block him unless use programes fot that
