How can I see comments hidden due to a low rating on YouTube?

YouTube recently made people unable to see comments with really bad ratings. Is there a way I can see them? How do I get the "Show" thing to come back?

Marking it as spam and then clicking "show" is a really crude way that you can get it done. You can also click the little drop down box and select "Show all comments". Google sure sucks when they don't bother to bug test whatever new feature they added, huh? They completely broke older comments that were hidden and now it's difficult to show.
