  Having allergies to another person is an urban legend. The TV series House MD had an episode about this. It's basically impossible. There are a few disease that can seem like allergies to someone else, but they are extremely rare. Anyways, stress can cause all of the symptoms that you described. I recommend that your husband and your sister sit down and talk about their issues. This won't go away until they work this out. You might want to consider counseling if you can't work this out.
