I just got my Flip UltraHD today, ordered from amazon and it is nice, still have my older non HD flip and it is still working fine but the HD flip is much clearer. With Flip software, it is easy to load video to the computer and you can do some basic editing and upload to youtube or facebook but I prefer to use other software to edit with. I use the flip because of the ease of use.
