I want to create a new website for wallpapers,can i use various wallpapers which are all downloaded wallpapers?

see u can absolutely create a website for wallpapers . but as u r thinking that u r going to put on the downloaded wallpapers on ur site then it can cause trouble for u as the wallpapers which u download r also under copy right by some website or say special website and if in case used their wallpapers on ur site then it can be an illegal act according to those site owners. but donot get tensed because instead of using downloaded wallpapers u can use the coding of wallpapers to embedd on ur site directly from the wallpapers site and then u will able to view the wallpapers on ur site also ,just the name of that website will come below the wallpapers in very small letters. but this will be fully legal and there will be no trouble in ur site . many sites provide such facilities such as "www.santabanta.com" and many more . hope u got ur answer thanks

Depends on where you got these wallpapers. If you created them all with your own tools / photos, etc then go nuts! No worries. If these wallpapers are provided by 3rd parties (your OS, various photo web sites) then it may not be legal to distribute these other companies IP (Intellectual property) with out their express consent. This of course depends on your country and the rules in the country that you use for the hosting service.
