How do I make really good french fries in my oven?

dont overcook it. its better when u fry them

Aluminum foil wrap, above and below. Or fold it over them. Salt some plain, use garlic salt on others while baking.

Dip them in melted buter and them shake in a ziploc bag with liptons garlic and herb seasoning and follow package. so good and when there done you can add cheese and bacon bits & Ranch dressing for the dip mmmmm so fatty but so good

If you made your own from cut potatoes, be sure to rinse them in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. It gets the starch off the surface and makes them crispier. Lightly oil surface of pan. Sprinkle with seasoning and cook turning occasionally. Sprinkling with Extra Virgin Olive oil before cooking is good too.

Spray your pan that ur using with non- stick cooking spray. then once the fries are on the pan spray it on the fries a lil. sprinkle on some salt and rosemary. (brings out the potato flavor)

Follow the direction on the package, don't overcook. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
