    Huh? Catches you? I don't recall instructors having law enforcement authority. As long as you have a valid permit to drive, and someone 25 yrs. of age or older (Calif. law) is in the car with you, you're encouraged to practice driving. Something is missing here...

Just because you failed the test does not ban you from driving. You have to correct your mistakes by practice. No you wont be automatically failed as you probably wont get the same one..

Can't do anything at all really, if you are driving illegally then you are the idiot, I am a driving instructor and what the pupil does in-between lessons or after failing a test is up to them, I am not their keeper but if they want to be stupid and drive illegally eventually they will come unstuck.

You are a silly billy .... she could report you - in which case you will not be allowed to drive anything until your ban is lifted .... don't take chances - because your risks could be someone elses life.....
