Does anyone have an idea on how to prove that a cobra's venom is deadly for a science project.?

    You have two choices. You can either find a piece of scientific literature (not just a web citation) that describes the toxic nature of cobra venom, or you can try the experiment yourself. I doubt that you can do the experiment, so you must rely on outside sources.

What kind of school does your son go to? I doubt this is an experiment for 3rd graders. If it is, choose another topic, or just do research online.

You could: 1. have some of the venom, then inject it through the bloodstream of an animal (eg. rat/mouse) 2. Find out the substances in the venom 3. have some people who are witnesses to the bites of the said creature or 4. lose one in his school wait for someone to get bit and see if he/she dies ( just joking =) )

Take a cobra to school and have it bite his teacher. (Just kidding) That would be hard to prove unless you know an expert that works in that field that can help him prove it at school. If you have access to venom pour it on a bug or something like that. ..
