Any accredited non for profit community college or 4 year college/university is going to require a high school diploma or a GED to apply. So, no you can not attend college while working on your GED. Many community colleges do offer GED classes. I have never heard of a college paying you to attend. WHY would they? What do they get out of paying you to attend classes. Where have you heard of this?
