How can I get research experience outside the college setting?

How do I get admitted into top US universities for MS (Computer Science) if I don't have research experience / internships?

I am not from any top institutes of India. So I have NO IIT, NIT, BITS tag. I am bachelor from a local engineering college with okayish percentage. I have no research experience nor I have worked under any professor. So I guess I cannot have kickass LORs. My engineering college lecturers are just BTech / MTech grads. Even my HOD doesn't have PhD. I have not done any internships. I just simply graduated & placed in Infosys with joining date in May 2013 :-/ So how do I get into top university ? I gave General GRE & scored 310. If I try again I am sure I can get 315-320. Since I am already a bachelor I cannot apply to any internships or research positions under any professors. Because I found out that such positions are only for BE/BTech students of 2-3rd year. So what to do ? How do I get research exposure ?
Answer:

You can always apply to work in a professors' research groups as an assistant. Work under a professor in a good university for a year or two and then apply for a CS program in a foreign university. Doing open source projects will also help.

There are number of companies that hire fresher out of college and you can be an integral part of research sector in company such as IBM etc. It is not necessary that you have a college level research experience. Professional level research experience will also do. Also, you can get a job as an assistant professors in IIT or NIT's and can do projects Inbox me if you have any other queries.
