    Probably not, unless your massage program was offered by a real community college and not just a private college that specializes in these kinds of limited careers. Community colleges and other universities typically don't accept courses from those kinds of specialized schools. You could have them evaluate the transcripts from your school and the courses' syllabus, but I wouldn't expect much.

Nursing school is very demanding. Working while in nursing school is a bad idea.I wouldn't waste my time with PTA. Just complete the prerequisites for nursing school and do that.

Maybe, kind of doubt it. Nursing schools take pre-requisites from community colleges and universities. You could ask one of the schools you may apply to for nursing if they will accept your anatomy class.
