What to get a job as a sales associate?

If I get out of college with a Bachelors degree in Business or Sales, what would i need to know about the job?

  The more information you have going into the interview the more you will impress the hiring managers. Research the company and its on the internet. Try to talk to someone working in that area - Alumni groups are always helpful. Also read blogs, websites about sales and what is expected of sales people.
