    Start by dousing the burn with 99% rubbing alcohol. Dont use the cheap stuff, go for the full 99%. Then scrub vigorously 3 times a day with the rough green side of a sponge. It's best to use a sponge that is broken in a bit, so the one that you scrub your dishes with will be good.

All burns should be treated the same way. You have put a large amount of heat into the affected part, therefore, the heat needs to be removed. Gallons and gallons of cold water.
